// /pricing · 3 tiers · setup + recurring

Three tiers. One bench. Pick the lane you’re in.

SecondShift is sold like a service engagement, not a seat license. A $997 setup configures the diagnostic assistant for your operation; a recurring subscription keeps it running — and the bench is the human layer that escalates anything the AI is uncertain about.

Pricing FAQ

The questions a service manager asks before signing.

If yours isn’t here, the bench will answer it on the intake call.

01Is setup separate from the subscription?
Yes. The setup engagement is a one-time $997 per line. Once configured, the assistant and (optionally) the bench run on a recurring subscription sized to monthly ticket volume.
02Can we start on Starter and add the bench later?
Yes — adding the bench at any point keeps the existing diagnostic config and just turns on the human escalation rules. No new setup fee.
03What does Multi-Trade cost for a two-line shop?
Multi-Trade stacks like the other tiers: $997 setup per vertical, one recurring subscription spanning them, shared bench pool. A two-line shop pays for two setups, not three.
04Are seats or per-tech fees extra?
No. Pricing tracks monthly ticket volume across the shop, not seat count or tech-roster size. Adding trucks does not move the line item.

The intake form takes four fields; an owner reads every submission within one business day. For Multi-Trade, drop the verticals in the follow-up email and we’ll scope the bench pool on the call.
